Thaw the frozen raspberries (1 cup) and frozen blueberries (1 cup) in a saucepan over medium heat*. When softened, mash with a fork or spatula allowing some chunks to remain.

Then stir in the whole chia seeds (2 tbsp) and apple juice (1 tbsp). Remove from the heat and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes for the chia seeds to gel, stirring once halfway.
