Instructions

    Place the unsweetened almond milk (0.5 cup), mixed frozen blueberries (1 cup), beet (1 small), frozen pineapple (0.25 cup), and plain non-dairy yogurt (0.25 cup) in a high-speed blender (if not using a high-speed blender, microwave, roast, or lightly steam the beets beforehand for smoother blending).

    Blend until smooth. Taste and add a little [agave] if a sweeter smoothie is desired, then blend again. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.
