In a microwave-safe mug, mash the banana (0.5 ripe) with a fork. Then add the unsweetened soy milk (1 tbsp), vegetable oil (1 tbsp), pure vanilla extract (1 tsp), and salt (1 pinch) and mix.

Add the all purpose flour (3 tbsp), ground flaxseed (1 tbsp), granulated sugar (1 tbsp), dark chocolate (0.353 oz), and baking powder (0.25 tsp) and mix until just incorporated. Be careful not to over-mix.
