Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C). Grease [donut pans].

  2. 2

  4. 4

Fold in almond flour (1.5 cups), gluten-free flour blend (1.125 cup), baking powder (2 tsp), baking soda (0.5 tsp), and whipped [aquafaba].

  5. 5

Adjust consistency with almond flour (1 tbsp) or gluten-free flour blend (1 tbsp) if batter is too thin.

  7. 7

Bake for 20-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

  8. 8

(Optional) Melt vegan butter (3 tbsp) and mix with sugar (3 tbsp) and ground cinnamon (1 tsp) for coating.

  9. 9

Cool donuts in pans for a few minutes, then transfer to a [cooling rack] to cool for at least 5 minutes.

  10. 10

(Optional) Brush cooled donuts with [melted vegan butter] and dip in/sprinkle with [cinnamon sugar coating].

  11. 11

Store leftovers at room temperature for 3-4 days or freeze for 1 month.
