Cook rotini (12 oz) according to package directions. Drain and rinse under [cold ice water] immediately to stop cooking.

While pasta cools, add vegan ranch (1.5 cups), garlic powder (0.5 tsp), black pepper (0.5 tsp), cherry tomatoes (0.5 pint), shredded carrots (0.25 cup), green peas (0.33 cup), vegan cheddar (1 cup), and vegan parmesan (0.5 cup) into a large bowl and stir to combine.
