To prepare the cheese layer, scoop out vegan mexican cheese spread (0.75 cup) and whisk in hot water (0.5 cup) until it resembles queso. Alternatively, use Cashew-less Vegan Queso or 5-Minute Vegan Cashew Queso.

Next, prepare the guacamole by mashing avocados (2 ripe), lime (1 medium) (juiced), and sea salt (1 pinch) together in a bowl and adjusting seasonings to preference. Do the same with the pico de gallo by combining cherry tomatoes (0.75 cup) (diced), red onion (0.25 cup) (diced), fresh cilantro (0.25 cup) (chopped), lime juice (1 tbsp), and salt pepper (1 pinch).

To assemble the dip: Spread out vegetarian refried beans (1 can), then top with the cheese layer, then guacamole, then pico or salsa, then pepper (0.5 bell), then black olives (0.25 cup), then fresh cilantro (1 handful).
