Soak the raw cashew pieces (1.5 cups) in hot [water] for minutes (5). Heat up [water] in an electric kettle and pour it over the [raw cashew pieces] to soak.

Drain the [raw cashew pieces] and add to your blender. Add the water (0.75 cup), rice vinegar (2 tbsp), lemon juice (2 tbsp), salt (1 tsp), garlic powder (1.5 tsp), and onion powder (1.5 tsp). Blend until very smooth.

Now add the fresh dill (0.25 cup), and pulse a few times to combine. Do not overblend the [fresh dill] or it will turn very green.

Serve on salad or with fresh [vegetables] for dipping. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. If it thickens, thin with [water] to your preferred consistency.
