For the smoothie bowl, add almond butter (4 tbsp), silken tofu (0.5 block), maple syrup (2 tbsp), almond milk (0.75 cup), vanilla (1 tsp), frozen sweet potatoes (1 cup), frozen bananas (1 cup), cinnamon (0.5 tsp), nutmeg ground (0.25 tsp), ground ginger (0.125 tsp), and salt (0.125 tsp) into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and no large chunks remain. Pour into a bowl and add any desired toppings.
