Instructions

    Add the dates (8 medjool), unsalted roasted cashews (0.5 cup), dutch-process cocoa powder (2 tbsp), toasted sesame seeds (1 tbsp), and ground flaxseeds (1 tbsp) to a food processor.

    Blend until uniform in texture and holds together when pressed between your fingers.

    Scoop tbsp (2) of the mixture into your palm and form into a ball.

  4. 4

    Use your finger to create a crater in the center of the date ball.

  5. 5

    Dollop about peanut butter (0.5 tsp) into the crater.

  6. 6

    Cupping the filled ball, pinch the edges closed around the peanut butter.

  7. 7

    Roll the filled energy ball back into a sphere.

  8. 8

    Transfer it to a plate. Repeat with the remaining date mixture and peanut butter. If desired, coat with [toasted sesame seeds] or [cocoa powder]. Enjoy!
