
Strawberry Oatmeal Bars

Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas (2) and combine them with rolled oats (2 cups), peanut butter (0.5 cup), and vanilla extract (0.5 tsp) until the mixture is fully incorporated.

Gently fold in the strawberries (0.25 cup) and chocolate chips (2 tbsp) into the batter.

Transfer the mixture to the lined pan and spread it into an even layer.
