
Strawberry Mango Salsa

Spread the plant butter (1 tbsp) evenly onto the bread (3 pita) rounds, then cut each pita into eight equally-sized wedges. Transfer to the baking tray.

Stir together the light brown sugar (1 tsp) and ground cinnamon (0.125 tsp) in a small bowl, then sprinkle onto the pita wedges. Bake for 7 minutes, or until crisped to your liking.

Add all of the salsa ingredients (mango (1), avocado (1), juice (1 lime), jalapeno (0.5), fresh strawberries (2 cups), onion (0.25 red), fresh basil leaves (1 tbsp), agave syrup (1 tsp)) to a medium bowl and mix.
