Instructions

    Put the coconut milk (400 ml), maple syrup (50 ml), vanilla extract (1 tsp) and strawberries (180 g) in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Divide the mixture between 8 x 80ml ice lolly moulds, insert lolly sticks and freeze for 4-5 hours or until firm.

  3. 3

    To remove the lollies, run the moulds briefly under hot water, then twist and gently pull them out.
