
Raw Brownie Bites
These simple raw brownie bites are the perfect nut-free snack for satisfying chocolate cravings. Made with fiber-rich oats and naturally sweetened with medjool dates, they offer a dense, fudgy texture without any baking required. Ideal for lunchboxes or a quick energy boost, these bites are healthy, cholesterol-friendly, and completely fruit-sweetened.

Place the oats (90 g) and cacao powder (3 tbsp) into a food processor or high-speed blender and process until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency.

Add the vanilla extract (1 tsp) and dates (8 medjool) to the processor and blend until the mixture is well incorporated and starts to clump together.

If the dough seems too crumbly to hold its shape, add water (1 tbsp) and blend again briefly to help it ball together.

Scoop out roughly one tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll firmly between your palms to form 12 smooth bites.
