Preheat your oven to 200°C. In a small bowl, combine all the yellow mustard (2 tsp), garlic powder (1 tsp), onion powder (1 tsp), paprika (2 tsp), white wine vinegar (1 tsp), and vegan mayonnaise (3 tbsp) to create the sauce.

Place the burgers (8 vegan) in the preheated oven and cook according to packet instructions.

While the burgers cook, finely chop the white onion (2 tbsp), shred the gem (0.5 baby) lettuce, and slice the gherkins (2). Carefully slice each of the rolls (4 burger) into three pieces using a sharp knife. Spread the prepared sauce onto all sliced bread rolls.

Two minutes before the burgers (8 vegan) are ready, place the vegan cheese (8 slices) on top of them in the oven. Once cooked, remove the burgers and assemble by layering the lettuce, onions, and gherkins in the burger rolls with the patties.
