Add cup cauliflower florets (4 heaped), butternut squash (4 cup), and vegetable broth (32 oz) to a pot. Simmer on the stovetop for 10 minutes or pressure cook for 4 minutes until fork-tender.

In a non-stick skillet, heat water (0.25 cup) and add garlic cloves (10 clove). Sauté for 3 minutes until the water evaporates and the garlic is fragrant.
