
BBQ Cauliflower Wings
These sweet, smoky, saucy, and crispy vegan BBQ cauliflower wings are perfect as an appetizer or side dish. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C).

Cut the cauliflower (0.5 head) into thin strips about inch (0.5) wide, and [2-3 inches] long.

Whisk the all-purpose flour (1 cup), plain plant-based milk (1 cup), garlic powder (1 tsp), onion powder (1 tsp), paprika (0.5 tsp), brown sugar (0.5 tsp), and liquid smoke (0.5 tsp) together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Dip the cauliflower pieces into the flour mixture, making sure to coat the entire piece.

Place the cauliflower pieces onto a non-stick baking sheet, or baking sheet coated with [cooking spray] or lined with parchment paper. Bake for mins (15).

While cauliflower is cooking, heat the bbq sauce (1 cup) in a saucepan.

Remove the cauliflower pieces from the oven and dip them in [bbq sauce]. Place pieces back on the baking sheet and cook for minutes (5 more).
