
Vegan Peanut Butter Pretzel Cups
These easy vegan peanut butter pretzel cups are made with just 8 ingredients and come together quickly. They offer a delightful sweet and salty combination and can be adapted to be top 8 allergen-free.
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, cream together smooth peanut butter (1.5 cups) and dairy free butter (0.25 cup).

Add in vanilla (1 tsp) and dairy free milk (2 tbsp). Beat just until combined.

Slowly add in the powder sugar (3 cups) and salt (0.25 tsp) if adding until everything is well combined.

Fold in pretzels (2 cups) pieces.

Fill molds half way with the peanut butter mixture and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

When ready, melt vegan chocolate (3 cups) and then dip the frozen peanut butter mixture into the chocolate. Let any excess run off. *you do not want a thick layer of chocolate

Place back into the mold and place in fridge for 30 minutes or until hardened.

Can be stored at room temperature, in the fridge or in the freezer.
