
Homemade Creamy Caesar Dressing
This homemade vegan Caesar dressing is rich, creamy, and easy to make. It boasts a delicious tangy, garlicky flavor, perfect for salads, wraps, and as a dip.

In a large liquid measuring cup or medium bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise (1 cup), extra-virgin olive oil (0.25 cup), fresh lemon juice (2 tbsp), Dijon mustard (2 tsp), garlic (1 clove), vegan worcestershire (1 tsp), [pinch sea salt], and [freshly ground black pepper] until smooth. Stir in the vegan parmesan (0.5 cup) and season to taste. If the dressing is too thick, stir in water (1 tsp) at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency.
