Instructions

Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans (1 can), juice the [lemon], and peel the cloves (2 garlic). Transfer all ingredients (except garnish) to a food processor or blender.

Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust [salt], [lemon juice], or [garlic cloves] to your liking.
