
Tiramisu Baked Oats
These tiramisu-inspired baked oats are a quick, satisfying breakfast, high in protein and fiber, and easy to meal prep. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with the fan on.

In each oven-safe container, mash bananas (50 g) until smooth. Evenly divide and add the [rolled oats], [chia seeds], [chocolate protein powder], [baking powder], [coffee], and [soy milk] among four containers. Stir to combine. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to thicken.

Place containers on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
