
Tiramisu Overnight Oats
These nourishing and easy-to-make Tiramisu Overnight Oats combine creamy oats, silken cacao, and coffee cream with yogurt and decadent chocolate for a fabulous start to your day. Enjoy them for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert! For a caffeine-free option, use decaf coffee.

Combine the soy yogurt (0.25 cup), rolled oats (1 cup), dates (3 medjool), soy milk (1 cup), and almond extract (0.5 tsp) in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

Blend the chia seeds (2 tbsp), coffee (1 shot), soy milk (0.5 cup), cacao powder (1 tbsp), maple syrup (1 tbsp), and almond butter (1 tbsp) together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

When ready to serve, layer the prepared oats and Cacao Coffee Cream in a glass or jar. Top with a dollop of soy yogurt (0.5 cup).
