    Lightly grease the inner pot of the Instant Pot to prevent sticking. Add the steel cut oats (1 cup), reduced fat coconut milk (1 can), water (1.25 cup), sea salt (1 pinch), and cinnamon ground (0.5 tsp) to the pot and stir well.

    Layer the mashed bananas (2) on top of the oat mixture but do not stir them in.

    Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing. Select the Pressure Cook setting on high and set the time for 12 minutes.

    When the timer completes, allow the pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes before venting any remaining steam.
