Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a cupcake tin with vegan crescent roll dough (1 package) triangles, placing the widest part over the center of each cup.

Combine the mixed frozen or fresh veggies (1.5 cups) and extra firm tofu (0.125 cup) (if using) with the Simple Gravy (2 servings). Cook for minutes (5) until vegetables are tender. Spoon the mixture into the dough triangles and wrap the dough, as pictured.
