Add the chickpeas (15 oz), tahini (4 tbsp), garlic (1 clove), ground cumin (0.5 tsp), [0.5-1 tsp salt], lemon juice (3 tbsp) and [4-6 tbsp ice water] to a food processor.

Puree for about 4-5 minutes until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a few more tablespoons of [ice water] to achieve desired creaminess.
