
Glazed Vegan Donuts
These cake-like glazed vegan donuts are easy to make with just 10 ingredients and are ready in under 30 minutes! Perfect for a sweet breakfast or dessert, these soft donuts melt in your mouth.

Combine the apple cider vinegar (0.5 tbsp) and almond milk (0.5 cup) in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two donut pans.

In a separate bowl, whisk together all purpose flour (1 cup), brown sugar (0.5 cup), baking powder (1.5 tsp), and salt (0.25 tsp).

Once the buttermilk mixture is ready, add in applesauce (2 tbsp), melted dairy free butter (2 tbsp), and vanilla (1.5 tsp) to the wet ingredients and mix well.
