Combine the silken tofu (1 packet), lemon juice (2 tbsp), apple cider vinegar (2 tbsp), garlic (2 clove), dijon mustard (1 tbsp), sea salt (0.5 tsp), and kala namak (1 pinch) in a high-speed blender or food processor.
