For the bechamel, melt the tbsp vegan butter (3 heaped) on low heat in a medium-sized pot. Once melted, add the all-purpose flour (3 tbsp), stir until a ball or lumpy consistency appears. Add the nutritional yeast (2 tbsp) and stir more.
