Heat the olive oil (2 tsp) in a sauté pan over high heat. Cook the cherry tomatoes (3 cups) for 3 minutes.

Add the water (2 cups), orzo pasta (1 cup), bouillon cube (1 vegetable), italian seasoning (0.5 tbsp), and ground black pepper (0.125 tsp).

Cook at a gentle simmer for 10 minutes, until the orzo is al dente. Stir occasionally, and mash the tomatoes with the back of the spatula to extract their flavor and juices.
