Instructions

    Place the silken tofu (12.3 oz), lemon juice (2 tbsp), apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp), dijon mustard (2 tsp), onion powder (0.5 tsp), garlic powder (0.25 tsp), salt (0.5 tsp), and kala namak (0.125 tsp) into a food processor or high-speed blender.

    If making the aioli variation, add the garlic cloves (2 clove) to the mixture.

    Process the ingredients until completely smooth and creamy, which should take about 1 minute.
