
Creamy Kimchi Udon Noodles To-Go
Chewy udon noodles, fiery kimchi, and a velvety sauce, all snugly tucked into a portable jar. Enjoy this flavor explosion with a good shake!

Add the udon noodles (7.1 oz) to a saucepan of boiling water. Cook for minutes (2), then drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

Meanwhile, prep the carrots, grated (0.5 cup), green cabbage (0.5 cup), kimchi (2 tbsp), and spring onions (0.5 stalk).

Add the vegan mayonnaise (1.5 tbsp), dark soy sauce (0.5 tbsp) and toasted sesame oil (0.5 tsp) to the bottom of your container or jar. Mix well.

Then add the cooled udon noodles (7.1 oz), prepared carrots, grated (0.5 cup), green cabbage (0.5 cup), kimchi (2 tbsp), spring onions (0.5 stalk), and the edamame (0.5 cup).

When ready to enjoy, shake the container so everything combines or toss it together in a bowl. Enjoy!
