Add the vegan parmesan (0.5 cup), extra-virgin olive oil (0.25 cup), garlic cloves (2 clove), dijon mustard (0.5 tsp), plant butter (3 tbsp), fresh lemon juice (2 tbsp), sea salt (1 tsp), and several grinds of [freshly ground black pepper].

Add reserved pasta cooking water (1 cup) to the blender and blend the sauce until creamy.
