
Creamy Cashew Oat Milk
This creamy and rich oil-free plant milk is specifically designed to mimic the texture of professional barista blends. Soak the raw cashews (0.75 cup) in very hot [water] for 30 minutes, or in cool water for 6-8 hours.

Drain and rinse the raw cashews (0.75 cup), then add to a high-speed blender along with unsweetened coconut flakes (0.5 cup), rolled oats (0.25 cup), date (1 pitted), sea salt (1 pinch), and water (3 cup).

Blend the mixture on high for 1 minute until smooth.

Strain the liquid through a nut milk bag into a large mixing bowl, squeezing well to extract all the milk and leaving the pulp behind.
