Instructions

    Melt the non dairy chocolate (200 g) and vegan margarine (100 g) in a pan over a low heat.

    Once melted, remove from the heat and whisk in the icing sugar (150 g) and soy milk (4 tbsp) until the mixture is thick and glossy.

    Allow to cool for 30 minutes before spreading or piping onto your desired dessert.
