Instructions

    Add the raw cashews (1 cup), nutritional yeast (2 tbsp), garlic (1 clove), lemon juice (1 tbsp), sea salt (0.25 tsp), ground black pepper (0.25 tsp) and water (5 tbsp) to a blender. Blend until very smooth and creamy.

    Adjust consistency by adding more or less [water] as desired for a thicker cheese or thinner salad dressing.
