This velvety avocado crema is the ultimate plant-based condiment, blending rich avocados with tangy vegan sour cream, bright lime, and a hint of jalapeño heat. A fresh and vibrant alternative to traditional crema, it is perfect for drizzling over tacos, burrito bowls, or nachos.

In a food processor or small blender, add the avocado (3) flesh, vegan sour cream (85 g), jalapeno (1), garlic (3 clove), lime juice (4 tbsp), ground cumin (0.75 tsp), cilantro (1 cup), kosher salt (0.75 tsp), and black pepper (0.25 tsp).

Blend the mixture for 2 minutes until smooth and velvety, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste and add more lime or salt if desired.
