
Vegan Meatloaf and Cranberry Leftover Sandwich
This delightful vegan sandwich is the perfect way to repurpose your holiday leftovers. Packed with savory meatloaf and sweet cranberry sauce, it's incredibly easy to make and utterly delicious.

Butter each outer side of each slice of [whole wheat bread] with the [plant butter].

Spread the inside of the slices of [whole wheat bread] with the cranberry sauce (12 tbsp).

Crumble the vegan meatloaf (4 slices) and top the [cranberry sauce], then add the soft vegan cheese (4 tbsp), then the fresh sage (2 tsp), fresh basil (2 tsp), fresh thyme (2 tsp) and fresh parsley (2 tsp). Add the second slice of [whole wheat bread] on top.

In a pan over medium heat, add the sandwich. Heat through until the [whole wheat bread] is toasted and the sandwich is warm. Flip and do the same for the second slice until the sandwich is hot.

Remove, slice in half or quarters and enjoy!
