Instructions

    Put the lemons (3), raspberries (200 g) and caster sugar (125 g) in a blender with water (400 ml).

    Blitz until finely chopped, then push through a sieve, pressing hard to squeeze as much liquid through as possible.

  3. 3

    Serve 1 part raspberry lemonade diluted with 2 parts [sparkling water], plenty of [ice cubes] and a few extra [raspberries] to garnish.
