Instructions

    Cut off the base of the [1-2 bunches organic celery] and remove any leaves. Wash the [organic celery] with [2-3 tbsp baking soda] and [filtered/purified water] in a large bowl, letting it soak for a few minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

    Option 1 (Juicer): Place the [organic celery] stalks into your juicer and extract the juice according to the manufacturer's instructions.

    Option 2 (Blender): Place the [organic celery] stalks in a high-speed blender and blend until liquefied. Strain the liquid through a milk bag (1 nut) to remove all pulp.

    Strain the juice until all pulp is completely removed. Consume immediately or store in an mason jar (1 glass) in the refrigerator overnight (do not store longer than 24 hours). Ensure the juice is 100% pure, with nothing else added.

    Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Wait 15-30 minutes after drinking before consuming any other food or drink.
