Combine all ingredients: onion (70 g), soy sauce (3 tbsp), rice vinegar (2 tbsp), granulated sugar (0.5 tsp), english mustard powder (0.25 tsp), grapeseed oil (1 tbsp), and sesame oil (1 tbsp) in a jam jar. Add [some sea salt] and [some black pepper], then shake well.
