
Homemade Naan

Add the all purpose flour (3 cup), instant yeast (2 tsp), and salt (1 tsp) to a mixing bowl and stir together.

Mix the maple syrup (1 tbsp) into the warm water (1.125 cup). Pour this into the flour mixture and stir with a spoon.

Knead the dough on a floured surface about 20 times to form a soft ball.

Place the dough in a bowl coated with a little olive oil (0.5 tsp). Cover with a cloth and let rise on the counter for 30 minutes.
