In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats (1 cup), unsweetened soy milk (2 cups), ground cinnamon (1 tsp), ground ginger (0.5 tsp), ground cloves (0.25 tsp), and ground allspice (0.125 tsp). Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, to a medium pan over medium-high heat, add the sliced pear (1) and the maple syrup (2 tsp). Let the pear caramelize while stirring and flipping the pear slices occasionally. Take off the heat.

To the saucepan of oatmeal, add the ground flaxseeds (2 tbsp), maple syrup (2 tsp), and blackstrap molasses (1 tsp) and let it cook for another 1 - 2 minutes. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Divide the oatmeal, caramelized pear, unsweetened coconut yogurt (0.5 cup), and unsalted roasted pecans (3 tbsp) between the bowls. Enjoy!
