
Virgin Sangria
This refreshing virgin sangria is a delightful non-alcoholic fruit punch, perfect for a hot summer day. It's packed with fresh fruit, juice, and a sparkling finish, offering a hydrating and delicious alternative to classic sangria. Naturally dairy-free, gluten-free, fat-free, and fruit-sweetened, it's a healthy and easy-to-make mocktail everyone can enjoy.

Add some [chopped apples], [chopped oranges], [chopped lemon] and chopped strawberries (1 cup) to a large jug, filling it about one third of the way.

Pour in the red grape juice (120 ml), cranberry juice (120 ml) and orange juice (120 ml).

Optional: Add the stick (1 cinnamon) and allow it to infuse in the juice for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the fridge, before serving.

Before serving, stir in the soda water (360 ml).

Serve straight away and enjoy! It can be kept in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
