
Miso Noodle Soup To-Go

In a heat-proof mason jar, layer the ramen (50 g) at the bottom, followed by the red miso paste (2 tbsp) and vegetable bouillon cube (0.5). Add the firm tofu (80 g), spring onion (1 stalk), button mushrooms (55 g), and spinach (0.5 cup). Seal and refrigerate until needed.

When ready to serve, carefully pour water (1.5 cup) into the jar (or a bowl) to fully submerge the ingredients.
