
Lentil Vegetable Soup

Add dry lentils (2 cup), quinoa (1 cup), carrots (2), sweet potato (1), yellow onions (1), garlic cloves (2 clove), vegetable broth (8 cup), green chiles (4 oz), chili powder (2 tsp), cumin powder (1 tsp), red pepper flakes (0.25 tsp), black pepper ground (1 tsp), and sea salt (0.5 tsp) to a large pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a low boil. Cover the pot, leaving the lid slightly ajar.

Simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until the lentils and quinoa are completely tender.
